Micah Abram

Micah Abram serves as Assistant Dean for Advancement at the University of Colorado Boulder School of Education, where she leads philanthropic strategy and engagement to support students, faculty, and programs. A CU Boulder Advancement professional for over two decades, Micah has built relationships across campus, including in the College of Arts and Sciences and the arts community, championing creativity and access in education.

Her career spans major gift fundraising, campaign leadership, and connecting donors with opportunities for meaningful impact. With experience across both education and the arts, she believes deeply in their power to shape lives, foster empathy, and strengthen communities.

Micah lives in Old Town Louisville and has served on the board of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival. Whether volunteering at a local theater, raising her daughter—a budding equestrian—or helping donors invest in what they care most about, she is energized by building community through shared purpose.
